Derek Williams is the Director of Australia’s only publicly accessible medical pathology museum, with a mandate to increase visitation across sectors and to improve the quality of outreach. In the past three years he has more than doubled the effective audience of the Museum by creating new digital content, improving the museum’s marketing style and creating stronger links with stakeholder networks. At the same time he has overseen a vastly improved budget position of the Museum, returning significant surpluses year on year.
